First Greater Western Limited is procuring approved bulk-packed products in two lots: Lot 1 covers oils, lubricants, and greases, while Lot 2 covers coolants, antifreeze, screenwash, and AdBlue. The products will support the maintenance, servicing, and overhaul of GWR rolling stock and associated engineering equipment. Products must meet applicable GWR technical, engineering, safety, and environmental requirements. Certain items may require OEM approval, ROSCO acceptance, materials-compatibility review, or GWR technical approval; substitutes may not be supplied without prior approval where engineering approval is required. Suppliers must provide relevant Safety Data Sheets, COSHH information, and supporting product documentation. The estimated total value is £2.4 million excluding VAT (£2.88 million including VAT), with estimated lot values of £1.0 million and £1.4 million excluding VAT. The initial contract period is expected to run from 1 December 2026 through 30 November 2027, with up to two additional 12-month extensions.
