Description
The Province of Alberta is seeking a qualified web communications agency to support the continuous enhancement of Alis, its online career, education, and employment information resource. Services include researching, developing, writing, editing, reviewing, and updating accurate, current, plain-language, audience-focused web content aligned with government content standards and brand guidelines. The scope also includes developing multimedia content and digital assets as needed; conducting content audits and strategic reviews to identify gaps, duplication, outdated information, and improvement opportunities; and advising on information architecture, content organization, navigation, and user journeys to improve user experience and information discoverability. The opportunity is for an estimated 35-month contract with a proposed start date of January 4, 2027.
