The U.S. Navy is soliciting an exhaust hood assembly identified by part number 836920T01 and manufactured to L3Harris Maritime Power & Energy Solutions, Inc. requirements. The assembly includes the exhaust hood, six 3/8-inch lockwashers, two nut retainers, and four 3/8-16 x 2.00-inch special hex screws. The packaging label must use the nomenclature “EXHAUST HOOD ASSY” instead of “HOOD EXHAUST.” The supplied material must comply with the stated inspection, quality assurance, packaging, mercury-exclusion, and applicable NAVSUP WSS technical requirements. A Certificate of Compliance under DI-MISC-81356 must be submitted at material delivery for each unique combination of contract or purchase-order number, National Stock Number, and item nomenclature; this is a post-award delivery requirement rather than a proposal submission item.
