Description
This solicitation is for the operation and maintenance of government-owned facilities and equipment for the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway and Okatibbee Lake Projects, located in Alabama and Mississippi. The scope of work includes planning, supervision, administration, labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for comprehensive maintenance and repair of project structures, buildings, locks, dams, and various related systems. Services will encompass carpentry, masonry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, welding, and general maintenance tasks, including custodial services, garbage removal, mowing, and debris clearing. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a single award task order contract (SATOC) capacity of $95,000,000.00 over a five-year ordering period. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses with an average annual gross revenue not exceeding $47,000,000.00 over the past three years under NAICS code 561210.
