Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is requesting five nonpneumatic tourniquets, NSN 6515-01-587-9943. Each unit must have a 1.5-inch-wide nylon strap and quick-connect metal buckle. The specified manufacturer and part number are TacMed Solutions, LLC, CAGE 3P1B8, part number SOFTT-W; bidders must identify the manufacturer and part number of the product offered. The tourniquets are FDA-regulated Class I devices and must meet applicable registration, listing, labeling, and good manufacturing practice requirements. Commercial packaging is required, including sealed unit containers, suitable exterior shipping containers, medical marking requirements, ASTM D3951 packaging, and MIL-STD-129 marking. Delivery is FOB destination within 20 days after award to the specified Army medical unit.
