Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting quotations for two packages of Thermal Guard, Absorbent Patient Litter System units under NSN 6530-01-562-6008. Each package contains five units. The requested product is a portable, disposable thermal guard with head guard, hypothermia transport or evacuation blanket/wrap, and a highly absorbent cellulose core for containing blood and bodily fluids during patient transport in medical environments. The quotation must identify the source and part number being supplied. Products must be packaged commercially in sealed unit containers, marked and labeled in accordance with the applicable medical marking standard, and delivered by traceable means to the specified military medical destination. Alternate offers require a complete data package for evaluation, but adequate evaluation data for alternate offers is not available from the procurement agency.
