Description
The City of Victoriaville is soliciting bids for the supply of emulsion and dry polymer for 2027 and 2028 under reference 2026-PUB-031. Bids must be prepared using the forms provided for this purpose. The estimated contract period is 24 months. Eligible bidders must have their principal place of business in Canada or in territories covered by the applicable Canadian, Quebec-Ontario, and Canada-European Union trade agreements. The solicitation accepts paper submissions delivered in a sealed envelope or electronic submissions through SEAO; submitting both formats results in rejection of the paper submission.
