Description
Troup County School System is soliciting a qualified service provider for 2 Gbps symmetrical dedicated Internet access to its secondary datacenter at Ethel Kight Elementary School. The service must be dedicated and non-oversubscribed, use an Ethernet handoff, provide IPv4 and native IPv6 addressing, support static routing, and meet specified availability, latency, packet-loss, jitter, monitoring, reporting, and mean-time-to-repair requirements. The provider must offer 24x7x365 network operations support, proactive outage notification, bandwidth scalability, and a proposed physical delivery path and installation plan. The initial contract term is 60 months, from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2032. Installation, testing, and acceptance must be completed no later than July 1, 2027. Respondents must separately price eligible and ineligible costs, complete the pricing and certification attachments, provide at least three comparable-service references, and support both E-rate invoicing methods. Optional pricing may be provided for a diverse or redundant path, DDoS mitigation, and additional IP address space. The award and service are contingent on E-rate funding approval.
