Description
The Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable is soliciting competitive proposals for winter maintenance of the Quebec Central Railway (CFQC) track located across various municipalities, regional county municipalities, and electoral districts in the Chaudière-Appalaches region. Only bids from proponents with an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by the applicable trade agreements will be considered. The estimated contract period is seven months. The solicitation is open to competitive bidding, and the full specifications, plans, and schedules are available through the designated procurement process.
