Description
The United States Army invites large and small businesses worldwide to submit applications to provide counter-unmanned aerial systems for potential participation in Project FLYTRAP 6.0, a U.S.-led multinational counter-UAS experimentation exercise conducted in the EUCOM theater with V Corps. The recurring U.S./U.K. exercise unites maneuver forces, industry, and the acquisition community to evaluate emerging technologies, rapidly field effective capabilities, and inform Army requirements. Approximately 1,000 soldiers will operate across more than 50 square kilometers in a large-scale combat operations environment. Selected participants may be invited to deploy their systems and provide equipment to Army units for continued operational evaluation. Systems will be assessed for suitability, effectiveness, interoperability, and operational relevance in support of Army modernization and capability development. The opportunity is a sources-sought notice and does not itself guarantee selection, funding, contracting, or follow-on work.
