This is a sources-sought notice, not a request for quotes, bids, or proposals. The Army anticipates purchasing 1,500 annual SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted Advanced A1000 software licenses. The software is intended to consolidate network monitoring capabilities for monitoring, detecting, triaging, and resolving network issues. Interested firms are asked to provide company and small-business status information, indicate their interest in competing as a prime and any teaming plans, describe relevant experience and certifications, and provide information on commercial availability, pricing basis, delivery schedules, and customary terms. The notice also requests recommendations on structuring the requirement and improving its specifications, and comments on potential barriers to competition.
