Description
The City of Eden Prairie is seeking a contractor to furnish all labor and materials for construction improvements to Flying Cloud Trail. The approximate scope includes removal of 600 square yards of bituminous pavement; replacement of 60 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter; common excavation; 4,750 cubic yards of select granular embankment; 5,675 square yards of 2.5-inch bituminous trail pavement over a 6-inch base; 700 square feet of 6-inch concrete pavement; 400 linear feet of 12- to 18-inch reinforced concrete pipe storm sewer; 280 linear feet of 6-foot black vinyl chain-link fence; and 11,200 square yards of seeding with rolled erosion control. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN vBid. The contract requires compliance with Minnesota Statutes section 16C.285 concerning responsible contractors. Bidding documents are available through QuestCDN for a nonrefundable $55 download fee using Quest project number 10390122; the posting states that bid documents were not yet available for download at the time of publication.
