Description
Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is requesting proposals from a specified shortlist of prequalified consultants for replacement of the BF 78969 culvert carrying Highway 40:10 over Storm Creek. The scope includes preliminary engineering, detailed design, contract tendering, contract administration, construction and fabrication supervision, post-construction services, warranty inspection, and other related work. The proposal must be submitted as two separate PDF files: Part One, the Qualification Submission, and Part Two, the Fee Proposal. Each file must be less than 10 MB. Selection will be based on best overall value rather than necessarily the lowest cost estimate. Participation is limited to the listed shortlisted proponents; submissions from other firms will be returned without review.
