Description
The Department of National Defence is procuring two new spectroradiometers to replace obsolete equipment. The requirement includes two instruments with rechargeable batteries, primary lenses, software licenses, user self-calibration software, SDK or control-command instructions, calibration, and accessories including supplementary and wide-angle lenses, neutral-density filters, cosine receptors, a virtual-reality measurement adapter, ruggedized transport cases, power adapters, data cables, and a professional geared tripod. The contractor must provide technical support during the warranty period, calibration certificates from an ISO/IEC 17025-compliant laboratory, a five-year software-support statement, an equipment environmental assessment report, and a user operations manual. Equipment must be new, off-the-shelf, currently in production, compliant with applicable Canadian electrical and environmental requirements, and delivered by March 15, 2027. The award will be based on the lowest evaluated price among offers meeting the mandatory technical criteria.
