Public Works and Government Services Canada, for Fisheries and Oceans Canada Small Craft Harbours, is seeking a civil engineering firm to act as prime consultant with a multidisciplinary team of sub-consultants. The contractor must have expertise in designing and constructing marine infrastructure in Arctic environments and small craft harbours. The required professional services concern improvements to the Pangnirtung Small Craft Harbour, including replacement of floating wharves, improvements to the harbour launch ramp, and maintenance dredging of the entrance channel and mooring basin. The project supports safe access for commercial fisheries and community fishing and marine mammal harvesting. Proposals will be evaluated using the highest combined rating of technical merit and price.
