Ontario's Infrastructure Technology and Operations Division intends to procure IBM Client Value Acceleration (CVA) Program services to maintain operational and business continuity for mission-critical information and information technology solutions. The CVA Program is described as an alternative to traditional IBM software license verification audits, allowing participating clients to independently report their IBM software use and remain exempt from audits while actively participating. Bidders must be IBM-authorized software asset management providers. The estimated contract period is 24 months, and the procurement is an open competitive Request for Bids.
