Description
The 356th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of providing catering services for troop lunches and dinners at RAAF Curtin, Broome, Australia. The requirement includes preparing and delivering lunch for 25 individuals Monday through Saturday, with meals delivered no later than 12:00 PM local time. Lunches should be nutritious, substantial, and varied, potentially including sandwiches, wraps, salads, and hot or cold entrees. Additionally, the contractor shall prepare and deliver dinner for 25 individuals Monday through Saturday, with meals delivered no later than 6:00 PM local time. Dinners should be complete, nutritious, substantial, and balanced meals, potentially featuring a three-course structure with a main protein, vegetables or salad, and a starch or carbohydrate. Menus should rotate regularly to maintain interest and accommodate dietary preferences. The contractor is responsible for all delivery and transport costs to RAAF Curtin, Broome, IAP, Western Australia. This notice is for market research purposes in accordance with FAR Part 10. Interested vendors are encouraged to submit responses, including a questionnaire, by 2:00 PM Chamorro Standard Time (ChST) on June 20, 2026.
