Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order for Stryker Neptune Prevent ProCare Service covering 10 units: five Neptune 3 Rovers, three Neptune S Rovers, and two Neptune Smart Dockers. The scope includes preventive maintenance inspections and documentation; repairs or replacement for normal-use damage and wear; parts and labor; scheduled maintenance travel; priority repair service; and equipment-use training. Loaner equipment may be provided subject to availability and the contractor’s discretion. The notice states that Stryker Sales, LLC is the only authorized service provider and that the agency intends to proceed with a sole-source award. This is a Sources Sought notice, not a request for competitive quotes; interested firms that believe they can meet the requirements may submit a written response with supporting documentation.
