Description
The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador is soliciting a contractor for routine monitoring and maintenance at the Come By Chance Secure Landfill and the former New Harbour Waste Disposal Site. The work also includes a phased approach to maintaining operational control, improving understanding of site conditions, addressing data gaps, and addressing groundwater intrusion as the root cause of leachate generation at the Come By Chance Secure Landfill.
