Description
The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries is seeking a sole-source quote for a one-year service agreement covering two KingFisher Flex 96 DW Extraction Systems. The agreement includes one planned maintenance AB Assurance Plan per system, parts, labor, and travel for remedial repairs, no-charge planned maintenance visits, priority response within two business days, target remedial repair response within three business days, telephone and email technical support, application support, and remote monitoring and diagnostic services. The service period is November 8, 2026, through November 7, 2027. The supplier must be approved by the National Animal Health Laboratory Network to service equipment used in federal testing and must provide a total price for both systems. Suppliers proposing alternatives must provide complete model or part numbers and descriptive technical literature.
