Description
Commercial Township School District is requesting electronic proposals for Category One dedicated Internet access and data transmission services. Pricing is requested for 2 Gbps, 3 Gbps, and 5 Gbps dedicated circuits, including all taxes, fees, eligible charges, monthly recurring charges, and one-time non-recurring charges. The service location is identified in the solicitation as 1308 North Avenue, Port Norris, New Jersey. Proposals should address bandwidth increases during the contract term without extending the original agreement, include pricing for an IPv4 /29 static address block as needed, and provide optional line-item pricing for a managed router capable of handling the requested bandwidth increments. The district requests pricing for both three-year and five-year service terms, requires a projected service start date, and permits either the Service Provider Invoicing or Billed Entity Applicant Reimbursement invoicing method. Vendors must include standard contract terms and conditions, a valid Service Provider Identification Number, and any applicable State of New Jersey contract or cooperative-purchasing reference. The signed and dated specification document and completed Attachment A are required with the bid.
