Description
The Government of Canada is seeking specialized test-grade fuel for emissions testing of vehicles and engines. The fuel must comply with precise specifications established under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, as applicable, and includes gasoline and diesel fuel categories identified in the notice. This is a competitive Regional Individual Standing Offer for as-and-when-requested deliveries to Environment and Climate Change Canada's Transportation Emissions & Electrification Laboratory Facility in Ottawa. The stated period of performance is December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2028. Responses may be submitted in either official language of Canada, and the selection criterion is lowest price.
