Sante Quebec's Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean-Universitaire organization is seeking professional and construction services to implement a guaranteed energy savings project (ESE). The project will complement deployment of an existing energy management system and implement measures identified in an ASHREA 2019 study to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. The objective is to meet the Government of Quebec's Exemplarity of the State targets for 2030, 2040, and 2050 and support accountability reporting to the Ministry of Health and Social Services, the CIUSSS, and the Direction de la Logistique et des Services Techniques. The estimated contract period is 72 months.
