Description
Santé Québec Montérégie-Centre is soliciting bids for the replacement of bedroom and patient-room furniture across its sites. The procurement is divided into four lots: bedside tables for hospitals; bedside tables and dressers for long-term care facilities; dining tables for hospitals and long-term care facilities; and medical recliner chairs for hospitals and long-term care facilities. Bidders may respond to one or more lots but must offer all products specified within each selected lot. Products must be durable, high quality, and designed for a long service life. A sample will be requested to validate compliance with the proposed products. Each lot is expected to be awarded to the compliant bidder offering the lowest price. The contract is described as two firm years plus one optional year, with one additional one-year renewal option; no bid or performance security is required.
