Description
The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs, replacement parts, and related services necessary to maintain DCDO's septic tank and sewage treatment plant systems. Work includes quarterly, semiannual, and annual preventive maintenance; sludge and scum inspection and removal; tank cleaning; aeration, diffuser, blower, pump, control-panel, chlorination, sedimentation, and oil/water separator maintenance; painting; routine service calls; and quarterly reporting. The contract is full and open competition and is structured as a firm-fixed-price requirements contract with one base year and four option years, covering December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2031. Contractor personnel directly operating and maintaining the systems must hold certifications approved by Japan's Ministry of Public Health and Welfare. Quotations must include pricing in the attached Price Exhibit, the completed SF 1449, required representations and certifications, applicable offeror fill-ins, acknowledgment of amendments, and a current Japanese industrial-waste license or collection-and-transportation license.
