Description
This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a 200 MB commercial circuit intra-Europe. Access to attachments is restricted to entities registered under the appropriate NAICS codes, requiring a UEI or CAGE code for verification. Telecommunication Providers (TPs) must possess a current DITCO Basic Agreement (BA) signed by both the Government and the Contractor before submitting quotes. This acquisition is for commercial products or services and is not set-aside for small businesses. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference, including those from the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO). All quoted prices must detail Monthly Recurring Charges (MRC), Non-Recurring Charges (NRC), and any tiered pricing for additional service months.
