Description
Rantoul Township High School is soliciting proposals for 1–2 Gbps internet access and data transmission, along with Category 1 network equipment needed to make the connection functional. The request also includes Category 2 internal connections: switches and necessary software and licenses, plus 15 wireless access points and associated software and licenses. Extreme Networks products or equivalents are acceptable; specified licenses include 15 RTU licenses and one core license, with one-, two-, and three-year options for the latter. Purchase, installation, or both may be proposed for the listed equipment. Proposals must identify the provider’s SPIN, distinguish eligible and ineligible items and costs, and include a scope of work for any installation. The service provider must be able to start service on July 1, 2027. One-year and multiyear contracts with voluntary extensions may be considered for internet services; no fixed contract term is specified.
