The Defense Logistics Agency is requesting a quotation for two BUSHING, SLEEVE items, NSN 3120-01-718-7765, part number 515-5795278-ITEM-NO-94, under purchase request 7016732125. The item is identified as a critical application item and must conform to the referenced technical data and drawing requirements, including drawing 5795278, Revision K. The solicitation identifies an altered-item configuration and references OEM CAGE 81376 and sub-part number DBS-36-030.
