Description
Cecil County is soliciting vendors to supply Class A and Class B public safety uniforms and related equipment for the Cecil County Sheriff's Office and Detention Center. Uniform requirements include navy Class A shirts, jackets, pants, sheriff-style hats, ties, and tie clips, as well as navy Class B/BDU shirts, pants, jackets, embroidered hats, gloves, sewing, patches, insignia, and related uniform customization. Garments must meet specified construction and fabric requirements, accommodate men's and women's configurations, and be delivered within 30 days of order placement. The equipment portion includes name tags, duty belts and attachments, badges and insignia, pepper spray and Narcan cases, tourniquet and handcuff cases, radio and flashlight holders, batons, pepperball and Taser accessories, magazine cases, and left- and right-handed weapon holsters. The County may accept approved equivalents and may request samples at no cost for evaluation. Bidders must submit electronic bid forms and pricing through the County's procurement platform; paper bids are not accepted. The resulting term contract has an initial period from July 1, 2026, or final contract execution, through June 30, 2027, with four one-year renewal options.
