Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to modify existing contract 36C26126P0274 to add an S3G Critical Care On-Demand Periodic Maintenance Plan and an SM Critical Care Extended Warranty for Laerdal medical simulation equipment. The requirement supports the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System’s Education Simulation Department and includes maintenance, repairs, calibration, software updates, replacement parts, cleaning, testing, and field-service support for respiratory simulators and Laerdal ALS and 3G manikins. The requirement also includes extended warranty coverage for three Laerdal SimMan ALS manikins and one Laerdal 3G manikin, including materials and workmanship coverage, return-to-bench service, packaging, and ground shipping for repairs. The notice is not a request for quotations and is intended to identify authorized providers capable of fulfilling the statement of work; respondents must provide proof of Original Equipment Manufacturer authorization and a description of how the requirements will be met.
