Description
Civida is seeking a qualified progressive design-builder to lead Phase 1 of the Griesbach Townhouse Development, an affordable housing project currently contemplated as approximately 102 townhouse units. The final unit count will depend on project feasibility, design optimization, funding requirements, approvals, site constraints, and confirmation from Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation and Canada Lands Company, as applicable. The successful proponent will commence work in November 2026 and advance the design, Class B cost estimate, and project renderings by January 15, 2027, to support Civida's Affordable Housing Partnership Program submission. The project is subject to applicable funding and approval requirements.
