Description
The U.S. Government is soliciting a firm-fixed-price purchase order for one 2026 Toyota HiAce 2.8L GL High Roof or equivalent 14-passenger van. The vehicle must have a manual transmission, rear air conditioning and enhanced passenger ventilation, rear parking sensors, a rear-view camera, power steering, cruise control, electric side mirrors, alloy wheels, multiple USB charging points, ABS and airbags, a 2.8L turbo-diesel engine, rear-wheel drive, a 70-liter fuel tank, and the specified dimensions and seating capacity. Offerors proposing an equivalent vehicle must provide descriptive literature demonstrating that it meets or exceeds the stated physical, functional, and performance characteristics. The quoted price must include all labor, materials, overhead, profit, and transportation necessary for delivery. Delivery is required no later than 90 days after contract award, with at least 20 working days' prior notice for delivery.
