Description
The U.S. Embassy in Warsaw is seeking one brand-new, fully electric cargo van, model year 2026 or 2027. The vehicle must accommodate a driver and two passengers; meet minimum length, wheelbase, cargo-compartment, and battery-capacity specifications; and include a right-side sliding door, rear double doors with 270-degree opening, fabric upholstery, air conditioning, a cabin/cargo partition, white exterior paint, front and rear park assist, a rear-view camera, all-season tires, and a plywood cargo-compartment wall, floor, and wheel-arch supports. The vehicle must be offered in the Polish market, have authorized service available in the Warsaw area, comply with Section 889 of the National Defense Authorization Act, and be delivered to the U.S. Embassy in Warsaw within 120 days after award. The seller must be a registered business in Poland and issue a Polish sales VAT invoice. Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offer. Offers must be submitted in English and remain valid for at least 30 days.
