Description
The U.S. Department of State requires one new 2026 passenger van that is physically available in Morocco and commonly supported there. The vehicle must have two seats, automatic transmission, rear-view camera, front and rear parking sensors, foldable rear passenger seats, specified airbags and stability and braking systems, three-point seat belts, a bulkhead partition, rubber flooring with tie-down rings, dual sliding doors, rear barn doors, air conditioning, Bluetooth connectivity, an automatic passenger door, a retractable side step, a maximum height of 1.9 meters, at least 1.7 meters of cargo-floor length, a payload capacity of 720–750 kilograms, and a fuel-efficient turbodiesel or turbocharged engine. White is the preferred exterior color. The quotation must include the vehicle, all labor, materials, overhead, profit, and transportation, with VAT listed separately. Offerors must provide the brand, type, model number, detailed technical data, color options, and a compliance sheet. Delivery timelines and availability will be evaluated, with delivery preferably within 21 days after order issuance. The offer must remain valid for at least 60 calendar days, and the quotation package must include the completed SF-1449, Section I pricing, and Section III representations and certifications. Offerors without active SAM registration must also complete FAR 52.204-90 in Section 5.
