Description
The City of Winnipeg is soliciting the supply and delivery of a bus tow tractor in accordance with Detailed Specification 26018. The contractor must provide the equipment, components, labor, and standard features necessary to place it into successful operation; unless otherwise specified, only new, unused equipment of current manufacture will be accepted. During the 12-month period following contract award, the City may request up to 100% additional quantities at the contract unit prices, although the contractor may decline those additional quantities without penalty. The City also reserves the right to alter the type or quantity of work or terminate the contract upon 30 calendar days' written notice if operational changes substantially affect the requirements.
