Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) has a requirement for continued support in the research and development of military-grade fuels and lubricants for the Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC). This requirement is intended to be fulfilled through a sole-source negotiation with Southwest Research Institute (CAGE Code 26401), as permitted by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B). This notice serves as an intent and is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offerors, nor does it place any offerors on a solicitation mailing list. It is not binding on the Government.
