Description
The United States Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center intends to award an indefinite-delivery requirements contract for new, approved, and airworthy spare parts for the pilot, co-pilot, and mechanic aircraft seats on MH-65E aircraft. The procurement is being conducted on a sole-source, other-than-full-and-open-competition basis. BAE Systems Land & Armaments, L.P. is identified as the original equipment manufacturer and only capable North American distributor source; alternate or substitute parts will not be considered. Parts must comply with applicable Federal Aviation Administration guidelines and airworthy commercial or military specifications. Offerors must provide manufacturer traceability, the manufacturer's Certificate of Conformance, and their own Certificate of Conformance in accordance with FAR 52.246-15. Traceability to the OEM may include no more than two exchanges before delivery. The contract includes a one-year base period and up to four one-year option periods, not to exceed five years. The government may make a single award, multiple awards by CLIN subset, or no award.
