Description
The City of Penticton is requesting proposals for consulting engineering services to develop design plans, tender documents, and construction documents for the Ridgedale Reservoir Expansion. Following completion of these designs, additional work, including construction support services, may be awarded directly to the successful respondent at the City's discretion. The opportunity is a Request for Proposal for professional engineering services. Required submission materials include Appendix A1 – Certification Form, Appendix A2 – Proof of EGBC Registration, Appendix B – Pricing Form, Appendix C – Comparable Corporate Experience, Appendix D – Team Experience and Qualifications, Appendix E – Methodology and Case Studies, Appendix F – Exceptions and Departures, and Appendix G – References. Submissions may be made through BC Bid electronic submission by pre-authorized electronic bidders or through the Penticton Bonfire portal; the closing deadline is October 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
