Description
The United Nations Development Programme seeks a licensed energy-auditing company to perform a Level 2 energy survey analysis for the new building of Princess Basma Governmental Hospital. The two-month assignment includes site visits; collection and analysis of two to three years of electricity and fuel data; measurements of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, lighting, pumping, water-heating, building-envelope, and other energy-consuming systems; and assessment of operating, maintenance, metering, and monitoring practices. The contractor must identify and prioritize no-cost, low-cost, and higher-cost energy-saving measures; quantify energy, cost, carbon, and demand impacts; prepare bills of quantities and technical specifications; conduct economic and financial analyses; develop a measurement and verification plan; and deliver an implementation plan, preliminary findings, progress reports, draft and final energy audit reports, calculation worksheets, thermal-imaging and monitoring data, and a final presentation. The proposal requires a technical offer, financial offer, company and registration information, relevant project references, satisfactory-performance certificates, and signed key-personnel CVs. The contract will be evaluated using a 70% technical and 30% financial weighting.
