Description
The district is soliciting bids for four construction contracts across its 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 capital improvement programs: interior door replacement at three schools; exterior masonry reconstruction at one school; boiler replacement at one school; and electrical construction at two schools. Bidders must provide bid security of at least 10% of the base bid and all alternate bids. Workers' compensation and other insurance specified in the General Conditions are required, as are performance and labor/material bonds. Bidders must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor before submitting and include a copy of their registration certificate with the bid.
