Description
Nassau BOCES is soliciting bids for discounts on specified musical instrument manufacturer lines, including pianos and other instruments. Bidders must provide one discount percentage per manufacturer line, use the provided pricing sheets, submit current manufacturer suggested retail price lists, and provide signed manufacturer certification showing authorization to represent each offered product line. The bid invitation also requires the vendor to complete the applicable bid lines and acknowledge the stated certifications and terms. The vendor must unpack instruments at its warehouse, set them up, play-test them, and deliver them to the participating district. These services and any shipping, handling, or setup costs must be included in the bid pricing. Insurance is required after award and before deliveries, and the attached participant insurance and indemnification agreement is to be completed between the vendor and each participating school district.
