Description
The City of Los Angeles is requesting quotes for three line items: two bearing blocks/housings for a Flowserve digester mixer bearing carrier, three thrust-bearing housings for a SIHI SAP 21401584 mixer, and one bearing block/housing bearing cover for a Flowserve digester mixer. No alternates or substitutions are permitted, and quoted products must be new and unused. Bidders must provide manufacturer and part-number information, along with applicable technical data, drawings, or printed literature. The response must include the completed City RFQ package, including the RFQ signature page, RFQ Clauses and Comments document, required responsibility and compliance information, and any applicable catalogs or technical documentation. Bids must be submitted online through the Los Angeles Vendor Self Service website; email responses are not accepted. Delivery is FOB destination, with the desired delivery period stated as seven calendar days after receipt of the order.
