This Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) from the U.S. Army Contracting Command solicits proposals for research and development in support of the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND), specifically for the Joint Project Manager Medical (JPM Medical) and Joint Product Lead Enabling Technologies (JPL CBRND ET).
