Description
The Regional District of Central Okanagan is soliciting proposals for upgrades to the fermented primary sludge pump system at the Westside Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant. The work includes phased demolition of the existing fermented sludge pump and associated piping; construction of new concrete equipment pads; and supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of two new fermented primary sludge pumps, two grinders, associated piping, valving, and related equipment. Power feeds, electrical breakers, programming, and integration are excluded from this scope and will be completed by others. The work may commence after November 30, 2026, and must be ready for takeover no later than August 31, 2027. The form of contract is the CCDC 2-2020 Stipulated Price Contract, as modified by supplementary conditions.
