Description
The Franklin County Convention Facilities Authority seeks proposals from manufacturers to develop, fabricate, and deliver portable modular bars and foodservice carts for the Greater Columbus Convention Center. The requested equipment includes six full-service bar sets with refrigerators, six full-service bar sets without refrigerators, and 32 large serving carts, with specified dimensions, finishes, materials, lighting, storage, casters, and accessories. Equivalent refrigerators are permitted. Proposals are evaluated equally on qualifications and past performance, functionality and finishes, manufacturing and delivery schedule, and price. Respondents must provide a firm description, relevant convention-center client experience and references from the past five years, specification sheets and renderings for proposed equipment, and a pricing proposal.
