The U.S. Navy's NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support is soliciting repair, overhaul, upgrade, testing, inspection, and acceptance services for 105 TRANSFER UNIT, PROGR units, NSN 7025-01-643-7221, part number 4705-01000-15-102. The contractor must provide the facility, labor, materials, replacement parts, tooling, and test equipment necessary to return the units to a ready-for-issue condition. Required repair turnaround time is 60 days after receipt, and the contractor must provide a monthly throughput constraint. The work includes component inspection, repair or replacement, reassembly, testing, process-control documentation, configuration management, MIL-STD-130 marking, MIL-STD-2073 packaging, enclosed storage, and compliance with applicable repair manuals, drawings, technical specifications, and engineering orders. The contractor must maintain an ISO 9001, SAE AS9100, or equivalent acceptable quality system and perform the work at the facility identified in the statement of work.
