Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting unrestricted offers for a fixed-price requirements contract with economic price adjustment covering diesel fuel (DF2), aviation turbine fuel (JA1), and premium unleaded automotive gasoline (MUP) for Department of Defense locations throughout the Philippines. The first closing covers 22 line items with estimated quantities of 202,000 gallons of DF2, 68,000 gallons of JA1, and 2,000 gallons of MUP. Deliveries must begin within 48 hours after the period of performance starts and will be made to military locations throughout the Philippines. The solicitation includes an ordering period from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029, with delivery continuing through January 31, 2030, and daily Platts-based economic price adjustments. Offerors must submit prices through the PC&S Offer Entry Tool and email the offer and all required documents to both designated points of contact. Required materials include product certificates of analysis or quality and specification sheets, supplier and transportation-company commitment letters, fuel-sourcing information, completed fillable clauses and supplemental guidance, applicable pricing spreadsheets, and any required amendment acknowledgment or exceptions attachment. The solicitation is an open continuous procurement, with successive closing dates for new line items.
