Description
The City of Fort Saskatchewan is seeking qualified consultants to provide design and construction management services for rehabilitation of the sanitary sewer, water, and stormwater lines and associated surface works on 106 Street between 102 Avenue and 101 Avenue. Adjacent back lanes will also be reviewed. Addendum 1 clarifies that sidewalk and curb-and-gutter replacement on 101 and 102 Avenues east and west toward the alley is outside the scope, and that landscaping work is limited to replacement of existing landscaping. The consultant's scope includes investigations, utility and geotechnical review, rehabilitation recommendations, detailed engineering design, drawings and specifications, tender and contract-document preparation, tender-period services, construction supervision and inspection, survey layout, material testing, progress-payment certification, resident liaison, utility coordination, record drawings, and construction-completion and final-acceptance certificates. The proposal must include the required technical approach, work program, schedule, comparable experience, proposed staff expertise, and project costs; a signed acknowledgment of Addendum 1 must also be submitted.
