Description
The Department of the Navy is seeking a small-business contractor to repair or modify one test set subassembly, NSN 7H-4921-013697791, reference number 5855459, under Technical Data Package Version 001. The work includes receipt of the carcass, teardown and evaluation, complete repair, inspection and testing, quality-conformance testing, packaging, marking, and delivery. The requested repair turnaround time is 16 days; offerors must provide a teardown-and-evaluation rate, repair turnaround time, throughput constraints, induction expiration date, estimated full-repair pricing, and the cost of a new item for evaluation purposes. The Government owns the technical data, and the data package is complete without technical-data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. Authorized distributors must provide OEM information and a signed authorization letter. The contractor must provide quality-conformance test results and comply with applicable military drawings, inspection, packaging, and marking requirements. The acquisition is a 100% small-business set-aside.
