Description
The NATO Communications and Information Agency intends to procure the integration and commissioning of the initial RACCOON CIS capability. The requirement includes a two-node Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation private cloud, one Reference, Testing and Validation node, and one Service Operating Centre/Cybersecurity Operating Centre endpoint with administrator end-user devices. Hardware, software, networks, facility spaces, and related infrastructure will be provided as Purchaser-Furnished Items. The contractor will produce the low-level design; physically and logically integrate and configure the systems; integrate endpoint protection, firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention, data guards, PKI, log aggregation, online vulnerability assessment, and cryptographic equipment; and perform testing, verification, security accreditation, and operational acceptance. Deliverables also include as-built and integrated logistics support documentation, technical management and engineering, project management, and quality assurance. U.S. prime contractors must maintain an active U.S. facility, be approved for NATO Competitive Procurement, hold a Facility Security Clearance at SECRET or higher, obtain a Department of Commerce Declaration of Eligibility, and register with NCIA's Neo eProcurement tool.
